Try a live trap. A friend of ours raised one, so I know they like things like scrambled eggs, so bait it with that or something else that might tempt it (even marshmallows). Once he's caught, take the trap out into the woods somewhere (far away) and set him loose. Be careful, though--those things can bite, so you might want to wear leather gloves as you let him go.
