What kind of gravy goes best with opossum in your opinion?

Now bear with me here. This isn't your typical gravy choice for opossum, but don't knock it before you try it. Turkey gravy gives just the right kick to smooth out that opossumy opossum flavor. Excellent.What kind of gravy goes best with opossum in your opinion?
It's an 'opossumbility' that ya'll might jus' 'njoy some rabbit liver and radish gravy with them there 'possums...lil' bit o turnip or onion don't hurt for the stewin

With possum innerds, there ain't nuthin' like gopher gravy. And thing about possum innerds, they are just as good as leftovers the next day. YUMMY!
Rabbit and frog leg gravy! They both taste like chicken, and we all know chicken gravy goes with anything!
Any dark gravy, opossum is a little gamey so a lot of seasonings will be good. Garlic and onions sounds good.
Vodka gravy. With saffron. And rum.
Opossum gravy made from the dripping of the opossum. Just a tad bit of flour will do.

I find some corn squeezin' gravy really that the edge off the food
country, white gravy, IMO.
I like a nice white, cream based gravy with my opossum.
Garlic.
That canned stuff on Aisle 12 at Kroger. It tastes like sh!t and so it masks the taste.
