Opossum den under my house?

I have an opossum den under my pier and beam house. It's under the bathroom floor and I've heard the babies make the sneezing clicking sounds. What are my options? When the mother is out at night, all the neighbors dogs bark (all night long). How can I encourage this mom to take up residence elsewhere?Opossum den under my house?
I would strongly recommend NOT trying to do anything yourself, as a mother will fight tooth and nail for her babies. If you could possibly manage it, I'd suggest waiting until the babies are out of the nest and then having a professional animal control company come out. You're going to have to seal up any points of entry under your house or else it will keep on happening.
